FREE Registration of Subcontracting Companies

Eligibility criteria for subcontracting in the private sector

I. For any Natural Person:

  1. Be of Congolese nationality;
  2. Have its Headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
  3. Have the majority of persons with general  power to involved activities of Congolese nationality;
  4. Have mainly Congolese national staff;
  5. Have a (RCCM);
  6. Have a National Identification;
  7. Have a Tax Number;
  8. Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
  9. Present an Affiliation Certificate to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), if applicable;

II. For any Legal Entity under private law (Company)

  1. Have its Headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
  2. Have at least 51% of its share capital held by Congolese, natural or legal persons under private law (legal persons, themselves, majority controlled by Congolese natural persons);
  3. Have management bodies mainly administered by Congolese natural persons, if applicable;
  4. Have mainly Congolese national staff;
  5. Have a Trade and Property Credit Register (RCCM);
  6. Have a National Identification;
  7. Have a Tax Number;
  8. Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
  9. Present a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);

III. For the entrepreneur:

  1. Produce the declaration made in accordance with Article 62 of the OHADA Uniform Act on General Commercial Law;
  2. Produce proof of payment of the licence;

IV. For non-commercial medical training:

  1. Have legal personality and/or provisional operating authorization from the Ministry of Health;
  2. Have its headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
  3. Have the majority of full members of Congolese nationality;
  4. Have the majority of the effective members in charge of the administration or direction of Congolese nationality;
  5. Have a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);

V. For any other Entity:

  1. Carry out its activities within the framework of a regulated profession;
  2. Have its headquarters or business address in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
  3. Be of Congolese nationality or have the majority of the full members of Congolese nationality;
  4. Have the majority of the effective members in charge of the administration or direction of Congolese nationality;
  5. Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
  6. Have a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);
