FREE Registration of Subcontracting Companies
Eligibility criteria for subcontracting in the private sector
I. For any Natural Person:
- Be of Congolese nationality;
- Have its Headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
- Have the majority of persons with general power to involved activities of Congolese nationality;
- Have mainly Congolese national staff;
- Have a (RCCM);
- Have a National Identification;
- Have a Tax Number;
- Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
- Present an Affiliation Certificate to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), if applicable;
II. For any Legal Entity under private law (Company)
- Have its Headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
- Have at least 51% of its share capital held by Congolese, natural or legal persons under private law (legal persons, themselves, majority controlled by Congolese natural persons);
- Have management bodies mainly administered by Congolese natural persons, if applicable;
- Have mainly Congolese national staff;
- Have a Trade and Property Credit Register (RCCM);
- Have a National Identification;
- Have a Tax Number;
- Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
- Present a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);
III. For the entrepreneur:
- Produce the declaration made in accordance with Article 62 of the OHADA Uniform Act on General Commercial Law;
- Produce proof of payment of the licence;
IV. For non-commercial medical training:
- Have legal personality and/or provisional operating authorization from the Ministry of Health;
- Have its headquarters in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
- Have the majority of full members of Congolese nationality;
- Have the majority of the effective members in charge of the administration or direction of Congolese nationality;
- Have a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);
V. For any other Entity:
- Carry out its activities within the framework of a regulated profession;
- Have its headquarters or business address in the Democratic Republic of Congo;
- Be of Congolese nationality or have the majority of the full members of Congolese nationality;
- Have the majority of the effective members in charge of the administration or direction of Congolese nationality;
- Produce a Tax Certificate (only for entities with at least one year of existence);
- Have a Certificate of Affiliation to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS);
